Description

  • Support senior account leaders with daily client work management and project progression.
  • Create work orders, change orders, project briefs, status reports, and conference reports.
  • Communicate with client contacts and frequently serve as the agency’s day-to-day client contact.
  • Coordinate with Project Management to review timelines and keep deliverables on track.
  • Track budgets, billing, invoices, financial trackers, and communications updates.
  • Follow up with internal departments, resolve questions, anticipate issues, and maintain workflow.
  • Develop strong working relationships with project managers, copywriters, and art directors.
  • Attend market research, document observations, and share trends and insights with the team.
  • Apply knowledge of client businesses, objectives, and agency procedures to support problem resolution.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of advertising agency account management experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical agency; pharma agency experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical advertising agency operations and workflow.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to communicate directly and frequently with clients with some autonomy.
  • Strong digital acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
