Description

  • Strategically prospect, acquire, and onboard new logos within assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize market penetration and achieve sales targets.
  • Expand business within assigned customer accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, aligning ActivTrak to their business challenges and objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Lead discovery calls and client meetings, delivering compelling presentations, personalized demonstrations, and tailored proposals that articulate ROI.
  • Use Salesforce (SFDC) as the primary sales hub to manage daily activities, maintain data hygiene, and provide accurate pipeline forecasts.
  • Partner with Solution Consultants, Customer Success, and other internal teams to build pipelines, overcome objections, and close complex deals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales role.
  • Demonstrated success managing and negotiating complex deals, with a track record of closing opportunities valued at $100k+ ARR.
  • Proven history of exceeding quota and driving growth within a territory.
  • Proven ability to convert prospects and close deals over the phone in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with established sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Sandler, Challenger Sales, or Command of the Message.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC); experience with Clari preferred.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics, understand KPIs, and manage daily activities to achieve targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and business acumen, with the ability to articulate complex solutions persuasively.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a relentless drive to win.
