Description

  • Create project plans and scopes of work based on strategy input and assigned job level.
  • Collaborate with agency teams to build project plans, staffing plans, forecasts, and resource allocations.
  • Manage workflow across assigned accounts to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Develop timelines, advise on estimates, and track projects against budget and schedule.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings, internal status meetings, and formal review meetings.
  • Coordinate internal copy/layout reviews, creative approvals, and routing of assets for proofing.
  • Maintain daily communication with team members and monitor project status, risks, and issues.
  • Escalate, resolve, and document risks, issues, delays, and out-of-scope activities before they impact delivery.
  • Manage financial tracking, job status reporting, estimate updates, and budget overages.
  • Enforce agency processes and recommend improvements to workflows, systems, or software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-5 years of project or account management experience in a pharma agency environment.
  • Experience with timeline development and budget management required.
  • Experience with PC systems and Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Experience with Workfront and Jira required.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with diverse personalities.
  • Strong communication skills and a tactful, assertive communication style.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic desire to continuously learn, evolve, and innovate.

  • $65,000 - $85,000 annual salary.
