Description

  • Develop high-quality presentations and visual assets for pitches, sales presentations, conferences, and business engagements.
  • Shape narrative structures and make content and design choices that strengthen presentation objectives.
  • Organize text, images, graphs, charts, and multimedia elements for clarity and coherence.
  • Create slide designs, templates, graphics, illustrations, and data visualizations aligned with messaging and brand standards.
  • Apply transitions and animation effects when appropriate to enhance the presentation experience.
  • Lead pre- and post-meeting experiential, visual, and creative deliverables that amplify client engagements.
  • Collaborate with account, creative, strategy, project delivery, media, marketing, subject matter, and new business teams.
  • Manage reviews, incorporate feedback, meet deadlines, and maintain polished, error-free presentation materials.
  • Provide internal teams with guidance on visual communication and storytelling best practices.
  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors on presentation production and design.

Requirements

  • Background in art direction, graphic design, or presentation design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Specialized training in presentation design is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency with presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Familiarity with motion, video, AI, and other presentation-enhancing software is a plus.
  • Strong visual storytelling, communication, collaboration, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to translate content, ideas, and data into clear, engaging, and memorable visuals.
