Description

  • Lead the conception, development, design, and execution of artwork for integrated advertising campaigns.
  • Manage the creative process and ensure work is strategically and creatively aligned.
  • Direct, guide, and support the creative design team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Mentor junior team members by monitoring projects, delegating assignments, and approving work.
  • Develop creative ideas that address specific client marketing challenges.
  • Ensure on-brand design, accurate content, and consistency across agency creative output.
  • Contribute to strategy and brief development.
  • Build positive relationships across creative and other agency functions.
  • Develop and grow client relationships.
  • Participate in new business pitches and help shape and guide work.

Requirements

  • Digital portfolio required.
  • Proficiency in FIGMA.
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, graphic arts, or a related field.
  • 7 years of creative or creative management experience.
  • Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience preferred.
  • Strong creative presentation skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Advanced Mac experience with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite.
