Description

  • Manage the client services team with tactical and strategic leadership.
  • Serve as the primary contact between the client and the client services team.
  • Own the campaign process from inception to completion.
  • Ensure brand strategy is clearly communicated and understood across the team.
  • Develop relationships and manage key opinion leaders.
  • Act as a bridge between brand strategy and creative strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day client service operations to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Anticipate client needs and provide recommendations.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to maintain quality control and provide project updates.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to direct reports.
  • Attend client meetings and deliver status updates.
  • Perform administrative tasks needed to meet client deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or an equivalent discipline.
  • Pharma agency experience required.
  • Brand launch experience required.
  • 7+ years of client services experience within a high-volume advertising agency.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, professional, and detail oriented.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Advanced PC experience with the full MS Office Suite.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (preferred by role scope).
