Description

  • Manage client services across one or multiple clients and oversee day-to-day direct reports as needed.
  • Own campaigns from inception to completion and ensure client goals and objectives are met.
  • Manage digital brand websites and related market access work.
  • Manage MLR submissions in Veeva.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships aligned to their business goals.
  • Provide confident counsel on client questions and communicate Avalere Health capabilities clearly.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the client’s market, trends, competitors, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Communicate brand business objectives to internal agency teams verbally and in writing.
  • Review work across strategy, creative, technical, and analytics disciplines and interpret client and medical/regulatory/legal feedback.
  • Document scope requests, write project briefs and SOWs, and partner with leadership to monitor revenue, profit, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in an agency environment.
  • Background in digital tactics focused on websites.
  • Market access experience required.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing is required.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and project teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing a pharma brand launch in rare disease is preferred.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
