Description

  • Manage client services across one or multiple accounts and supervise direct reports on a day-to-day basis.
  • Own campaign processes from inception through completion.
  • Manage digital brand work focused on websites and oversee MLR submissions in Veeva.
  • Build and sustain client relationships aligned to business goals and provide confident counsel on client inquiries.
  • Communicate brand business objectives to internal agency teams verbally and in writing.
  • Provide feedback on strategy, creative, technical, and analytics work, and translate client and medical/regulatory/legal feedback for the agency team.
  • Document scope requests, write project briefs, and develop statements of work with input from delivery partners.
  • Partner with delivery and account leadership to monitor revenue and profit and mitigate scope and delivery risks.
  • Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts and support revenue expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in an agency environment with a digital/websites focus.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing is required.
  • Market access experience is required.
  • Experience managing MLR submissions in Veeva.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and project teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing a pharma brand launch in rare disease is preferred.
  • Ability to understand the client's market, trends, influencers, competitors, and key stakeholders.
  • Experience supervising client services direct reports is preferred.
