Description

  • Serve as the point of contact for clients on active low- to mid-complexity work.
  • Manage client expectations and gather client direction and input.
  • Organize and prioritize work across assigned client responsibilities.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks before they become issues.
  • Coordinate with Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy, and Technology teams to move work from activation to delivery.
  • Create and manage project timelines, resource assignments, and daily hot sheets.
  • Facilitate communication across the agency team, including meeting notes and next steps.
  • Lead or support client submissions, client meetings, and team meetings.
  • Estimate work, monitor budgets, manage pricing, and support billing and reconciliation processes.
  • Track revenue delivery and support accurate financial projections with account partners.

Requirements

  • 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in an agency or pharma setting.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Solid presentation skills.
