Description

  • Lead creative projects from concept through completion across multiple media and brands.
  • Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, strategists, and project teams to integrate design, copy, and UX.
  • Deliver breakthrough creative work while influencing peers and championing high-quality ideas.
  • Understand client and company strategic and financial goals.
  • Master clinical data and competitive landscapes for assigned brands and accounts.
  • Participate in staffing and evaluating project scope.
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships.
  • Manage delegation, workflow, multiple teams, and work streams efficiently and profitably.
  • Mentor junior creatives, empower team development, and share opportunities for their work to be recognized.
  • Communicate with project teams to keep deliverables on schedule.

Requirements

  • At least 9 years of creative copywriting experience, including at least 3 years writing for pharmaceutical clients.
  • Pharmaceutical experience and launch experience are required.
  • Experience in patient marketing; healthcare professional marketing experience is preferred.
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior creatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, writing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to direct writing and design for interactive, motion, and print projects.
  • Strong customer service skills and commitment to superior quality.
  • Self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Digital portfolio demonstrating varied interactive work across multimedia channels and platforms.
