Description

Maintain a working knowledge of each client’s business and share relevant business and category insights with the account team.
Draft account-led documents such as scope documents, briefs, statements of work, agendas, and presentations.
Support account leadership with client meeting scheduling, agenda development, slides, and meeting logistics.
Capture accurate follow-up items from meetings and produce comprehensive call notes.
Review project and job materials during routing to help ensure brand continuity, quality, and compliance through the Med/Reg/Legal review process.
Anticipate client and account team needs and take proactive action to address them.
Build rapport with clients and serve as a go-to contact for basic client requests.
Participate in client and vendor partner conference calls.

Requirements

1-2 years of related industry experience, with advertising agency experience preferred.
An industry-related internship is a plus.
Proficiency with business software, including MS Office, and online tools.
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, prioritization, and time management skills.
Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal form.
Ability to work in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment.
High level of accountability, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
Natural curiosity about the business, customer insights, multichannel marketing, and platforms.
Resourcefulness and ability to independently and proactively solve problems.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across agency teams, partners, and client contacts.
