Description

  • Maintain a working knowledge of each client’s business and share relevant business and category insights with the account team.
  • Draft account-led documents such as scope documents, briefs, statements of work, agendas, and presentations.
  • Support account leadership with client meeting scheduling, agenda development, slides, and meeting logistics.
  • Capture accurate follow-up items from meetings and produce comprehensive call notes.
  • Review project and job materials during routing to help ensure brand continuity, quality, and compliance through the Med/Reg/Legal review process.
  • Anticipate client and account team needs and take proactive action to address them.
  • Build rapport with clients and serve as a go-to contact for basic client requests.
  • Participate in client and vendor partner conference calls.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of related industry experience, with advertising agency experience preferred.
  • An industry-related internship is a plus.
  • Proficiency with business software, including MS Office, and online tools.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal form.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment.
  • High level of accountability, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
  • Natural curiosity about the business, customer insights, multichannel marketing, and platforms.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to independently and proactively solve problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across agency teams, partners, and client contacts.
