Description

  • Build and maintain trusted client partnerships and manage day-to-day client expectations.
  • Provide strategic and commercial insight to add value across accounts and deliverables.
  • Lead and motivate account teams to foster collaboration and high-quality execution.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Drive financial performance and ensure KPIs are achieved.
  • Support high-profile client accounts and contribute to strategic account leadership.
  • Work closely with multiple clients on medical affairs and publications projects.
  • Ensure work is delivered within budget, on time, and to client expectations.
  • Spot opportunities for growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong client services experience within a medical communications or healthcare advertising agency.
  • Experience working on medical affairs and publications deliverables is essential.
  • Skilled in client relationship management and strategic planning.
  • A natural leader who can inspire teams and create a positive, inclusive environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across several clients and projects.
  • Location in the US, with preference for Pacific time zone.
  • 6-month fixed-term contract availability.
