Description

  • Own and execute a regional direct sales strategy to build an OEM opportunity pipeline and achieve annual booking targets.
  • Respond to leads, prospect, qualify, and close new audio/video companies adopting networked solutions.
  • Identify opportunities, maintain forecasts, and manage daily engagements within existing OEM partner accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with OEM partners and understand their priorities, strategies, and needs.
  • Lead product development and roadmap discussions with OEM partners.
  • Coordinate with Audinate teams to address OEM customers’ goals, questions, and requirements.
  • Attend customer meetings and multiple trade shows each year.
  • Maintain Salesforce and CPQ CRM and quoting tools.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct sales experience in the professional audio/video or unified communications industry.
  • Proven success building and managing OEM or similar customer accounts.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Strategic thinker able to build a clear business case for adopting Dante technology.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate global time zones.
  • Very strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Based in the Western United States.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 35%.
