Description

  • Adapt and localize Dante training materials, guides, and assessments for Latin American audiences in Spanish.
  • Plan and deliver hands-on Dante certification training across Latin America through in-person and virtual sessions.
  • Deliver train-the-trainer programs that enable partners to independently provide Dante training.
  • Create Spanish-language training videos and host regional webinars for customers and partners.
  • Build relationships with OEMs, distributors, and resellers and support their Dante knowledge development.
  • Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns, event promotion, attendee follow-up, and Spanish-language content.
  • Coordinate Audinate’s Latin American tradeshow presence, including planning, logistics, staffing, and promotion.
  • Recruit and develop Certified Training Partners across the region.
  • Support sales and market development by serving as the Dante technical expert in customer and partner meetings and identifying adoption opportunities.
  • Support training events outside Latin America, including in the U.S. and Europe, as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience and deep expertise in Dante, audio engineering, and networking.
  • Current Dante Level 1, 2, and 3 (3rd Edition) certifications.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Must be based in Mexico.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%, primarily within Latin America, with occasional travel to the U.S. and Europe.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering technical training programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Experience producing training video content, including shooting, editing, and graphics.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and online course delivery.
  • Experience with both audio and video systems, AV-over-IP standards such as AES67, SMPTE 2110, and IPMX, and AV or IT certifications such as CTS, CompTIA Network+, or CCNA (preferred).
