Description

  • Orchestrate end-to-end hiring process administration to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and a strong candidate experience.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, hiring teams, and clients throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Maintain, configure, and optimize the Greenhouse ATS while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, internal teams, and clients to support effective hiring outcomes.
  • Develop, prepare, and analyze recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reports to inform decisions and improve processes.
  • Assist in creating and delivering internal and candidate-facing communications.
  • Ensure adherence to recruiting-related compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvements and special projects that improve recruiting effectiveness and scalability.
  • Support recruiting activities and strategic initiatives, including trainings, internship programs, technology initiatives, and business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Forms.
  • Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse, is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering a high-touch, white-glove experience.
  • Positive, adaptable, and resilient approach in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Proactive and curious, with the ability to anticipate needs, seek solutions, and take initiative without direction.
