Description

  • Lead Salesforce engagements through discovery, requirements gathering, user story definition, solution design, delivery, testing, deployment, and go-live.
  • Translate client business needs into scalable solutions, defined delivery scope, and actionable technical plans.
  • Oversee Salesforce configuration, integrations, data architecture, sprint planning, environment management, and solution quality.
  • Design logical data models, functional systems, and enterprise-level Salesforce solutions using best-practice methodologies.
  • Advise clients and stakeholders on recommendations, tradeoffs, risks, product growth, and alignment with business goals.
  • Resolve delivery challenges and maintain solution alignment with scope, standards, and best practices.
  • Support adoption, training, documentation, and knowledge transfer for long-term solution success.
  • Contribute to practice growth through proposals, estimates, pilots, proofs of concept, thought leadership, and reusable assets.
  • Support sales and business development activities.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce projects across the full lifecycle using waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise covering configuration, data models, security, automation, reporting, integrations, and deployments.
  • Experience with Salesforce products including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills, including discovery workshops and user story development.
  • Experience documenting current-state processes and future-state solutions for business and technical audiences.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with systems such as ETL, SIS, finance, marketing automation, and reporting platforms.
  • Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, asynchronous processing, and custom solution design.
  • Expertise in environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
  • 6+ years of software development lifecycle experience and 5–8 years of Salesforce configuration and CRM implementation experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree, Salesforce Administrator Certification, U.S. work authorization, and willingness to travel periodically; project management and team leadership experience preferred.
