Description

  • Support the month-end close process and prepare monthly management results.
  • Assist with board reporting and ad hoc financial analysis.
  • Maintain oversight of group and cost centre P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
  • Monitor and manage working capital performance.
  • Partner with Operations, Sales, and Product to turn financial data into actionable insights.
  • Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Assist with business case development, financial modelling, and investment analysis for growth initiatives.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, particularly the order-to-cash cycle.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the offshore support team, including invoicing, collections, and credit control.
  • Develop and maintain financial controls, governance frameworks, and improved finance processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • CA or CPA qualification.
  • Big 4 experience combined with industry exposure is highly regarded.
  • Experience in SaaS environments, particularly subscription and billing models, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence across functions and seniority levels.
  • Experience with Xero, HubSpot, and Chargebee is highly regarded.
  • Willingness to work in a broad role across reporting, controls, and process improvement.
