Description

  • Negotiate, close, and win new business as well as existing customer extensions through strong sales execution.
  • Design and implement regional and industry-based market strategies for Atmosera’s solution offerings.
  • Build relationships with key C-level and senior leadership prospects through prospecting, Microsoft Seller engagement, and Microsoft programs.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with Microsoft field representatives and the broader Microsoft community.
  • Learn client business and technical requirements to position effective solutions that deliver business value and clear ROI.
  • Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including lead identification, qualification, scope construction, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecast through discovery calls and joint meetings with Microsoft Sellers.
  • Drive client awareness across the three service lines with a balanced approach to Azure solutions.
  • Understand account technology platforms holistically and help shape migration plans toward cloud-based solutions.
  • Act as the trusted cloud advisor for the assigned portfolio of accounts and region.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Experience in complex sales, solution selling, or strategic account leadership is a plus.
  • Prior sales experience in Microsoft services and solutions is preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proven track record of successful solutions-oriented sales.
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota.
  • Services sales experience selling through a channel environment.
  • Passion for introducing disruptive solutions that help customers evolve and transform into digital-first organizations.
  • Passion for client experience and consulting as a way to help clients achieve their goals.
