Description

  • Fulfill onboarding-related DevOps and operational requests for new customers.
  • Provision environments, pipelines, repositories, and cloud resources.
  • Administer Azure DevOps and GitHub repositories, permissions, and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, build agents, and dependency issues.
  • Support artifact management, registries, and package integrations.
  • Provide operational support across Azure and AWS environments.
  • Implement and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
  • Monitor systems, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Develop automation, templates, runbooks, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS in production environments.
  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  • Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and build agents on Windows and Linux.
  • Solid Windows and Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, preferably Terraform.
  • Ability to work in ticket-based, ad-hoc environments with competing priorities.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve or automate DevOps workflows.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and observability tools (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with security best practices, SaaS environments, and onboarding-focused teams (nice to have).
