Description

  • Adjust and validate HL7 message structures, including field mapping and variable updates.
  • Review and modify JSON payloads to ensure accurate data exchange between systems.
  • Set up and validate SFTP connections for file-based integrations.
  • Execute repetitive configuration tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Validate end-to-end data flow and ensure integrations function as expected.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues during setup, testing, and post-deployment.
  • Document configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps in a clear and structured manner.
  • Perform audits and quality checks to ensure integration consistency and reliability.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and internal teams regarding integration behavior and issues.
  • Respond to support requests and tickets in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in QA, integration support, technical support, or similar roles in a SaaS or EMR/EHR environment.
  • Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flow between systems.
  • Familiarity with HL7 and JSON, including the ability to read, understand, and modify structures.
  • Experience working with configuration-based systems or tools.
  • Exposure to SFTP or file-based integrations.
  • Experience using ticketing systems such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work on repetitive, accuracy-sensitive tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn proprietary tools and workflows.
  • Experience with QA automation, including API testing, automated validation, or scripting (nice to have).
