Description

  • Write user stories, business requirements, functional specifications, wireframes, test plans, and other product documentation for Development and QA teams.
  • Collaborate with design, product, development, QA, marketing, sales, client services, operations, and other internal teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Champion a user-centered design process across the organization and work closely with UX/UI designers.
  • Assist with planning and conducting user focus groups and usability testing efforts.
  • Develop and continuously improve usability test criteria to support product acceptance.
  • Create clear user guides and training materials for clients, end users, and internal team members.
  • Support product managers in managing potential integration partnerships with external applications.
  • Track industry developments and propose ideas to help the organization anticipate customer needs and requirements.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to support development, marketing, and product support activities.
  • Compile data and verify product requirements to help ensure product quality and alignment with business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in software development projects.
  • Experience writing user stories.
  • Experience creating wireframes, business requirements documents, and functional requirements documents.
  • Experience with Agile software development.
  • Understanding of user experience design principles.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational, time management, continuous process improvement, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for improving patients’ lives and reducing administrative burden on physician offices.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with product managers and technical teams.
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
