Description

  • Lead the onboarding of data assets into the cloud data platform.
  • Work with partners to create data mappings according to defined specifications.
  • Communicate data needs and key deadlines directly with leadership.
  • Research and resolve data quality issues found during onboarding or new file submissions.
  • Field ongoing requests and questions about data specifications.
  • Review received files for compliance with data needs and identify business rules for mapping configuration.
  • Configure the mapping tool to translate source data into the desired format.
  • Test mapping/tool changes and document results clearly for internal resources and customers.
  • Serve as the resident expert on data requirements and specifications.
  • Lead coworker trainings on data specifications and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 8+ years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with ETL, analytics-based reporting, and data-driven reporting.
  • Experience with Tableau, SQL Server, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
  • Experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data preferred.
  • Previous client-facing experience required.
  • Ability to be extremely responsive and work under pressure in crisis situations with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong adaptability, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing demands, and maintain attention to detail.
