Description

  • Develop reports and analytics using data warehouse and Salesforce data in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and related tools.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, relationships, correlations, outliers, and anomalies.
  • Apply statistical analysis and present findings through visualizations and narrative explanations.
  • Review and quality-check reports and data before delivery to internal or external clients.
  • Communicate directly with customers about data needs, key deadlines, and ongoing requests.
  • Research and identify data quality issues and investigate their causes.
  • Manage incoming partner requests regarding data specifications and requirements.
  • Configure mapping tools to translate source data into the required format and document the process clearly.
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert for data requirements and program data specifications.
  • Lead web-based trainings for clients and partners on data specifications and requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and SQL is required.
  • Previous client-facing experience is required.
  • Experience with Tableau and Salesforce reporting is preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data is preferred.
  • Must be self-starter who can work with limited direction.
  • Must thrive in an entrepreneurial-like environment.
  • Must be extremely responsive and able to work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Must be able to adapt to frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, oral communication, and written communication skills.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
