Description

Develop reports and analytics using data from the data warehouse and Salesforce in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, relationships, correlations, outliers, and anomalies.
Apply statistical analysis and provide visual and narrative context for data insights.
Review and quality-check data and reports before delivering them to internal or external clients.
Communicate directly with customers about data needs, deadlines, and ongoing requests.
Research and identify data quality issues and investigate their causes.
Configure mapping tools to translate source data into the desired format, including testing and documentation.
Serve as a subject matter expert on data requirements and specifications for internal teams and clients.
Stay current on changes to assigned program data specifications.
Lead web-based training sessions for clients and partners on data specifications and requirements.

Requirements

Experience with Microsoft Excel and SQL is required.
Previous client-facing experience is required.
Experience with Tableau and Salesforce reporting is preferred.
Experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data is preferred.
Must be a self-starter who can work with limited direction.
Must thrive in an entrepreneurial-like environment.
Must be extremely responsive and able to work under pressure in crisis situations with a strong sense of urgency.
No supervisory responsibilities are required for this role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation abilities are expected.
Strong written and oral communication skills are expected.
