Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing new business.
  • Identify and engage healthcare systems with high transformation potential.
  • Lead discovery calls, on-site visits, product demos, and executive conversations.
  • Deliver value-driven presentations tailored to prospect needs.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline using disciplined CRM practices.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategy and sales processes.
  • Coordinate product demos with executives, managers, and end users.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and set the standard for future sales hires.
  • Represent AssistIQ at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Build executive relationships across perioperative, supply chain, revenue cycle, finance, and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience selling into health systems.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex deals.
  • Experience selling six-figure deals with potential to expand into the millions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with both strategic thinking and strong execution focus.
  • Self-starter with relentless drive and resilience under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ with full travel support and expense coverage.
