Description

  • Generate SEO blog content using AI tools such as Claude.
  • Review, refine, and humanize content before internal review.
  • Assist with keyword-focused content creation and optimization.
  • Support basic SEO tasks, with training provided.
  • Format and optimize content for SEO use.
  • Contribute to topic ideation for blog content and PR campaigns, especially for more experienced candidates.
  • Download and upload CSV reports to client dashboards.
  • Take screenshots of performance dashboards and compile them into Google Slides.
  • Maintain accuracy and organization across reporting tasks.
  • Work in project management tools such as Asana and complete assigned admin tasks efficiently.
  • Support general administrative tasks to reduce the team’s workload.
  • Assist with email outreach and basic SDR-style prospecting as the role expands.
  • Work within tools like HubSpot if applicable.

Requirements

  • SEO knowledge or experience.
  • HubSpot experience.
  • Email outreach or lead generation experience.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for content creation.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Experience with project management tools, with Asana preferred.
  • Basic content editing and writing skills.
  • Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Proactive, process-driven, and able to execute tasks without constant follow-up.
  • Able to work part-time at 20 hours per week, with opportunity to move into full-time.
