Description

  • Create and edit high-quality marketing assets using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Design promotional materials for events, social media, and campaigns.
  • Maintain strong visual consistency across branding and marketing content.
  • Work quickly and efficiently on design iterations and updates.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach to influencers, venues, partners, and collaborators.
  • Perform cold calling and direct outreach through email, Instagram, LinkedIn, and similar channels.
  • Build and manage contact lists for outreach campaigns.
  • Support event promotion through grassroots and digital channels.
  • Coordinate with partners and collaborators on events and campaigns.
  • Assist with planning and execution of events and activations.

Requirements

  • Highly proficient in Photoshop; this is non-negotiable.
  • Proven experience with cold calling, outbound sales, or outreach.
  • Confident communicator who is comfortable contacting new people daily.
  • Proactive and self-directed with the ability to take initiative independently.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple moving parts at once.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and branding.
  • Passion for music, pop culture, and events.
  • Portfolio showcasing Photoshop work is required.
  • Brief summary of cold outreach or sales experience is required.
  • Examples of past campaigns, outreach, or collaborations are preferred.
  • Experience using Canva, Mailchimp or similar CRM tools, Notion, Trello, or Asana is preferred.
