Description

  • Build and configure SharePoint Lists, Libraries, sites, views, columns, and permissions.
  • Customize SharePoint Lists and Libraries using JSON and modify existing SharePoint solutions.
  • Build, maintain, test, document, and troubleshoot Power Automate flows, including triggers, actions, conditions, and approvals.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain simple Power Apps connected to SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 services.
  • Understand project requirements, identify solutions, complete builds or configurations, and test deliverables.
  • Present completed work to project leads, respond to feedback, and make required amendments.
  • Research unfamiliar problems, test alternative approaches, and work independently with project-lead direction.
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint, Power Automate, and basic Power Apps configuration and functionality issues.

Requirements

  • Practical experience with SharePoint Online, including Lists and Libraries.
  • Experience using SharePoint JSON and configuring SharePoint sites and permissions.
  • Practical experience building and troubleshooting Microsoft Power Automate flows.
  • Basic experience developing or maintaining Power Apps.
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 services and integrations.
  • Ability to explain a previously built Power Automate flow, including its purpose, trigger, logic, conditions, error handling, integrations, and design rationale.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, research unfamiliar topics, and test solutions.
  • Curiosity, organisation, reliability, accountability, and willingness to learn.
  • Formal qualifications are useful but not required; demonstrated practical experience is prioritised.
