Description

  • Handle inbound calls with influencers interested in the affiliate program.
  • Lead 15-minute discovery and sales calls to convert influencers into partners.
  • Clearly communicate the value of the SwipeHealth affiliate program.
  • Overcome objections and confidently close influencers on joining.
  • Manage relationships with onboarded influencers and act as their main point of contact.
  • Monitor influencer performance and ensure posting and campaign requirements are met.
  • Provide guidance and support to help influencers succeed in the program.
  • Track influencer activity and campaign performance to identify underperformance.
  • Proactively address performance issues and keep influencers aligned with brand expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, communication, and results.

Requirements

  • Fluent English with little to no noticeable accent.
  • Strong sales ability and confidence closing deals on calls.
  • Experience in account management or other client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think quickly and handle objections in real time.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple influencer relationships.
  • Experience in influencer marketing or affiliate programs is preferred.
  • Background in sales, partnerships, or business development is preferred.
  • Familiarity with performance tracking or campaign metrics is preferred.
  • Based in South Africa or a similar region with strong English fluency.
