Description

  • Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and complex workflows and triggers in GoHighLevel.
  • Create and deploy snapshots, manage custom fields, and maintain data integrity across sub-accounts.
  • Act as the technical link between GoHighLevel and other business tools to ensure smooth data flow and API connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot software issues, investigate automation failures, and develop workarounds for platform limitations.
  • Rapidly learn and document new software platforms as they are added to the business stack.
  • Assist with setting up email and SMS marketing sequences and lead capture systems.
  • Maintain clean and organized workflows, tags, labels, and files across the CRM environment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system speed, efficiency, and overall technical operations.

Requirements

  • Deep experience with GoHighLevel workflows, triggers, reputation management, and the funnel builder.
  • Proficiency with a range of SaaS tools such as Slack, Canva, Stripe, or project management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of if/then logic and how data moves through marketing funnels.
  • Ability to design visually polished pages and user experiences within CRM builder constraints.
  • High adaptability and the ability to quickly master unfamiliar tools.
  • Strong organizational habits, including consistent labeling, tagging, and file management.
  • Proactive curiosity and a mindset focused on improving systems, not just fixing problems.
  • Part-time availability for a remote role based in South Africa.
