Description

  • Orchestrate HubSpot Enterprise (Breeze AI / Content Hub) to generate and manage localized landing pages and clinical blog content for 15 states.
  • Audit AI-generated content for medical accuracy (E‑E‑A‑T) and ensure consistency with brand voice.
  • Monitor Ranked.ai deliverables and audit weekly PPC reports to maintain healthy Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and ensure negative keywords are applied.
  • Manage KiwiHealth (Virtual Proximity Engine) to respond to patient reviews in a HIPAA-compliant manner and keep geo-listings accurate across 15 states.
  • Build and maintain closed-loop HubSpot dashboards that track the journey from 'Ad Click' → 'Booked Appointment' → '5-Star Review.'
  • Coordinate vendors and internal teams via ClickUp to ensure timely delivery of productized services and measurable clinical ROI.
  • Own and optimize operational workflows in HubSpot (Workflows, Custom Objects) and the Breeze AI content agent rather than performing manual content creation or manual keyword bidding.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with HubSpot Enterprise, including Workflows, Custom Objects, and the Breeze AI Content Agent.
  • Comfortable using AI-native tools and orchestrating productized services instead of manual labor.
  • Experience with PPC performance monitoring and optimization, with a focus on CPA and conversion rates.
  • Familiarity with local/state SEO and reputation management platforms (experience with KiwiHealth or similar preferred).
  • Preferred healthcare experience, including understanding HIPAA compliance and medical search intent for TMS, ketamine, and psychiatry.
  • Data-driven mindset that prioritizes CPA and conversion metrics over clicks/impressions.
  • Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp.
  • Able to work part-time in a fully remote role; candidates located in the Philippines or South Africa are indicated in the role title.
