Description

  • Lead the initiation and management of customer trials to maximize engagement and value recognition.
  • Conduct success planning and kickoff calls with customers to outline the installation process and set expectations.
  • Deliver tailored customer training sessions to support effective product use.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure prerequisites are met before installation.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process and drive urgency across internal and customer teams to speed subscription conversion.
  • Identify and resolve issues during the trial and pre-installation phases to remove barriers to subscription.
  • Track trial conversion targets and provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical support, and product teams to deliver a unified customer experience.
  • Coordinate installations and ensure a rapid, smooth transition from trial to full subscription.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in customer-facing roles within tech sales or customer success.
  • Experience with software product trials or onboarding, ideally in a similar role.
  • Ability to manage complex timelines and cross-functional coordination.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, including translating technical topics into business value and handling objections professionally.
  • Data-driven approach to evaluating trial performance and recommending improvements.
  • Proficiency with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce and Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Project management certification such as PMP or CSM is a plus but not required.
  • Experience leading kickoff calls and managing product installation logistics is preferred.
  • Proven success converting B2B product trials into paid subscriptions is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate during core working hours across a distributed U.S. and Ontario, Canada team.
