Description

  • Drive planning, development, and execution of the Integrated Product Support strategy.
  • Lead development of comprehensive Integrated Logistics Support Plans.
  • Plan, develop, and execute Integrated Product Support analysis and implementation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize product design for long-term supportability.
  • Use logistics engineering and Integrated Product Support tools and processes to prepare models and documents that meet DoW and industry standards.
  • Perform analyses and develop customer reports using modeling tools such as COMPASS, Power Log-J, SlicWave, Relyence, and Tempo.
  • Partner with technical writers to provide data, drawings, guidance, and source material for manuals, rework instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Comply with DoW and industry standards, specifications, and regulations in sustainment.
  • Interface with demand, supply, and logistics teams to recommend life cycle sustainment and maintenance activities.
  • Work with environmental health and safety teams to ensure products meet required safety standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an Integrated Product Support or Logistics Engineering role.
  • 5+ years of experience developing one or more of the following: LORA, LSA, MTA, provisioning data, spares analysis, PHS&T, SECL, or Integrated Logistics Support Plans.
  • Experience with life cycle sustainment planning and execution in new product development, production, and/or Performance Based sustainment projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Integrated Product Support development models.
  • Working knowledge of reliability, maintainability, and product safety with an emphasis on supportability and availability.
  • Familiarity with military regulations, standards, and specifications.
  • Ability to work effectively in unstructured environments and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex quantitative data into clear decision statements.
  • Ability to learn and master new technologies quickly.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site support and customer engagements.
  • 10+ years of experience in an Integrated Product Support or Logistics Engineering role preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-rigor environment such as military, aerospace, automotive, security systems, or nuclear preferred.
  • Familiarity with Model Based Engineering (MBE) and Model Based Product Support (MBPS) tools and methodologies preferred.
  • User expertise with ILS tools and models such as COMPASS, SESAME, EAGLE, Tempo, ICAPS, Power Log-J, and SLICWave preferred.
  • Experience supporting technical proposal activities, including Technical Volume development, SOW/RFP review, and Product Support BOE creation preferred.
  • Experience with Life Cycle Cost analysis using an LCC model such as CASA preferred.
  • Familiarity with depot-level repair activations and customer planning/coordination preferred.
  • Experience developing Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals, Work Instructions, and Training documentation preferred.
  • Experience developing and executing Contractor Logistics Support or Performance Based Logistics program requirements preferred.
  • Experience with cost account management and Earned Value Management preferred.
  • Understanding of Technical Data Packages, including drawings, parts lists, interface control documents, and electrical schematics preferred.
  • Confidence presenting to customers or management audiences preferred.
  • Experience with complex military systems or defense technology products preferred.
