Description

  • Manage multiple incoming support requests through software, phone, email, and internal channels.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex cases and deliver long-term solutions.
  • Work across departments to support a world-class customer experience and share customer feedback with Product teams.
  • Contact customers quickly when needed to address issues before they escalate.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through timely communication.
  • Identify opportunities to proactively prevent potential challenges.
  • Meet case and customer response time quotas consistently.
  • Use multiple software tools to diagnose problems and determine the correct solution.
  • Promote customer loyalty through customer recognition initiatives.
  • Perform other support responsibilities as directed by the Support Manager.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of technical support or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of customer service interaction, in person or virtual.
  • Experience with high-volume support ticketing systems.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Ability to use remote communication tools such as Zoom and Slack to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of AssetWatch products and services to support hardware and network outages.
  • Comfort working in a remote-first environment with collaboration during core working hours.
  • Experience working with a distributed team across the United States and/or Ontario, Canada is preferred.
