Description

  • Set strategic direction and lead the business’s next phase of growth.
  • Own revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, capital allocation, and overall business performance.
  • Develop repeatable revenue growth through cross-product go-to-market, market expansion, and channel opportunities.
  • Shape product roadmaps, launch new products, and improve platform capabilities using emerging technologies, including AI.
  • Evolve the operating model toward business-unit ownership, accountability, transparency, and improved end-to-end efficiency.
  • Improve customer retention, satisfaction, lifetime value, and customer-led innovation.
  • Build and develop a high-performing organization focused on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, COO, VP, or General Manager with full P&L ownership of a software or technology business.
  • Prior accountability for a P&L of at least $5 million.
  • Experience leading and developing teams of 10 or more.
  • Track record of bringing new products to market and scaling them successfully.
  • Experience scaling established software businesses and leading business transformation.
  • Strong commercial expertise across sales, pricing, go-to-market strategy, cross-sell, and market penetration.
  • Ability to lead across product, operations, and finance, with strong P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
  • Comfort working with emerging technologies, including AI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Strategic, hands-on, entrepreneurial, accountable, empathetic, adaptable, and customer-focused leadership style.
