Description

  • Triage production issues from reproduction through diagnosis, resolution, verification, and communication.
  • Own output quality for multi-agent research and qualification pipelines, including citations, factual accuracy, and result completeness.
  • Deliver scoped product enhancements end to end across workflows, imports, assignments, notifications, and UI.
  • Manage releases across local, development, staging, and production environments with explicit sign-off.
  • Keep production hotfixes controlled, reviewed, and narrowly scoped.
  • Manage feature flags, tenant configuration, and environment variables across tenants.
  • Establish systematic regression testing, pre-demo verification, and repeatable release checks.
  • Implement approved architectural designs accurately and consistently.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of professional software engineering experience, including ownership of production systems in a startup or growth-stage environment.
  • Hands-on experience building and debugging LLM and multi-agent workflows, including prompt/context engineering, tool calling, evaluation, guardrails, and cost or latency control.
  • Strong backend and API development skills with experience in Git/PR workflows, logs, traces, and distributed or workflow-orchestrated systems.
  • Experience with durable workflow orchestration, feature flags, and multi-tenant architecture.
  • Proficiency with AI coding tools and ability to review and validate generated code.
  • Strong QA mindset with experience testing work and anticipating regressions.
  • Direct communication skills and ability to collaborate with product, CSM, sales, and other non-engineering stakeholders.
  • Experience with data quality, provenance, citation, or fact-verification systems preferred.
  • Exposure to MCP or similar AI integration layers preferred.
  • Experience with Anthropic, OpenAI, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or SAP is preferred; ServiceNow experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience in CRM, sales technology, or revenue intelligence products preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of residence without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Must be available for a fully remote engagement with overlap during U.S. Eastern business hours.
