Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, nurses, and other key customers across Italy.
  • Identify key stakeholders and support development of a clear physician map and patient journey in Italy.
  • Engage customers in both hospital and office-based settings and ensure meaningful interactions.
  • Position TransCon technology and future brands appropriately across the defined target groups.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, and Medical teams at local and regional levels.
  • Regularly review and report account, customer, territory, and competitor performance to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder networks to support business growth.
  • Place customers at the center of account management by addressing needs and finding appropriate solutions.
  • Share knowledge, experience, and insights to foster team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • English language proficiency.
  • Degree in Health Sciences pursuant to Legislative Decree 219/06 and subsequent amendments.
  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience in both sales and regional access roles.
  • Rare disease and/or endocrinology experience.
  • Solid business acumen.
  • Proven sales skills and experience managing key customer relationships in a specialized or rare disease environment.
  • Ability to plan strategically and work effectively in a dynamic, evolving market.
  • Proven ability to communicate scientific data to healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong drive for high performance and results.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new indications and environments with a strategic approach to account development.
  • Successful track record in sales and account management within the specialty and rare disease space.
