Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare institutions, oncologists, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Identify new opportunities for product adoption and expansion within the territory.
  • Understand Artera’s AI-based medical tests and communicate their value to healthcare providers and patients.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics to position solutions effectively.
  • Work with the Marketing team to align sales efforts with product launches and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales deals.
  • Ensure contracts and agreements are executed efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunity, and customer records in a CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as science or business.
  • Proven track record in healthcare or medical sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or AI healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with cancer diagnostics tests and/or treatments.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients as needed.
  • Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
  • 5-8 years of relevant sales experience in oncology/urology is strongly preferred.
  • Ideally located in Myrtle Beach, SC, Columbia, SC, or Wilmington, NC.

  • Base salary of $165,000 - $185,000 per year.
