Description

  • Manage and develop a team of up to 10 Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to improve individual and team performance.
  • Implement and refine sales strategies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and results.
  • Lead hiring efforts for team expansion and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategy and revenue growth.
  • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to adjust sales plans and improve outcomes.
  • Use AI tools to think, build, analyze, and execute faster as part of daily work.
  • Support a high-performing, goal-driven sales environment focused on accountability and excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and coaching sales teams, including Account Executives and BDRs.
  • Diligent forecasting methodology with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong hiring and talent development skills for building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and collaboration.
  • Expertise in sales strategy, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • A belief that AI is reshaping work and instinctive use of AI to accelerate work.
  • Experience using AI tools to think, build, analyze, and execute faster (preferred/expected).

  • $150,000 base salary, depending on experience.
