Description

  • Manage and oversee investment portfolios, including optimization, investment selection, cash management, and risk management.
  • Develop, recommend, and execute investment programs aligned with client objectives.
  • Review portfolios to determine asset allocation and underlying investment strategies.
  • Research, analyze, and propose financial solutions and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct deep fundamental research and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data for decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain data on current and prospective investments.
  • Produce regular reporting and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Streamline and automate inefficient investment processes and recommendations.
  • Assess client risk tolerance, performance, and portfolio compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support clients with action plans, implementation resources, policies, procedures, and control measures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CFA designation required.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Accounting, Financial, Mathematical, or Quantitative Analysis is a plus.
  • CFP or other industry designation is a plus.
  • 10+ years of portfolio management experience with consistent long-term investment performance.
  • 5+ years of analyst experience and/or extensive industry experience preferred, including deep knowledge of trading.
  • Strong knowledge of public and private markets, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and portfolio risk management.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and tools such as Morningstar Direct, Microsoft Office, FactSet, Bloomberg, and BlackRock Aladdin.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative abilities.
  • Comfort working independently in ambiguous environments and with cross-functional stakeholders.
