Description

  • Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure.
  • Automate and improve development and release processes.
  • Manage existing cloud infrastructure.
  • Document and serve as the subject matter expert for infrastructure practices and policies.
  • Improve the reliability, quality, and time-to-market of the software platform.
  • Measure and optimize system performance to support continual improvement and customer needs.
  • Provide primary operational support and engineering for distributed software applications.
  • Integrate production incident learnings back into the development lifecycle to prevent recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, data engineers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with AWS products such as S3, RDS, and Elastic Containers.
  • 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes or other orchestration platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code.
  • 3+ years of experience using observability and log management tools such as Datadog, Splunk, or Rigor.
  • 6 months+ of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, harness engineering, or AIOps tooling.
  • 6 months+ of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.
  • A strong sense of ownership and comfort working through complexity.
