Description

  • Develop and maintain a quality-focused process across multiple projects.
  • Perform quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing for product updates, bug fixes, and new features.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage releases across different product categories.
  • Create test plans, test strategies, and test cases with developers, business analysts, and project managers.
  • Review applications to verify code quality and conformance to business and system requirements.
  • Conduct manual testing across desktop, mobile, multiple browsers, and responsive breakpoints.
  • Build and support test automation as part of an evolving QA process.
  • Validate API integrations and support automated API testing.
  • Work within Agile or Waterfall environments to clarify requirements, identify gaps, and ensure testable acceptance criteria.
  • Review workflows, user journeys, and UI designs with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quality assurance or manual testing experience on public-facing web applications.
  • 3+ years of experience on web-based software projects across the software development lifecycle.
  • 2+ years of automated testing experience using Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.
  • 2+ years of experience validating API integrations using Swagger, Postman, or automated API testing frameworks.
  • Previous release management experience.
  • Experience working in Agile or Waterfall environments.
  • Experience using Figma, Miro, or similar tools to review workflows, user journeys, or UI designs.
  • Experience managing requirements and test results in Azure DevOps and Jira.
  • Experience using Confluence, ADO wiki, or similar documentation platforms.
  • Preferred experience with BrowserStack, LambdaTest, or similar cross-browser/cross-device testing tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business, Management Information Systems, or Accounting.
  • Preferred experience testing CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Optimizely, ContentStack, or Contentful.
  • ADA and WCAG 2.0 Level AA compliance testing experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to debug UI issues and support automated test development, with familiarity with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks is preferred.
