Description

  • Serve as the technical face of Arize partnerships and act as a field CTO for hyperscaler and ISV partners.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with product and solutions leaders at major partner companies.
  • Define the integration roadmap across agent frameworks, model platforms, data platforms, and orchestration layers.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship integrations that create product-led growth opportunities.
  • Work with Solutions Architecture to create reference architectures, better-together designs, and production-ready joint deployments.
  • Author technical content such as cookbooks, sample repos, blogs, videos, and podcasts that showcase joint customer outcomes.
  • Develop and communicate clear points of view on how customers should architect agentic and LLM systems using partner solutions.
  • Train partner SAs, sellers, and CSEs to position Arize in customer engagements and run joint enablement sessions.
  • Lead technical workshops, deep-dive enablement, and joint POCs that turn awareness into co-sell motion.
  • Source and accelerate ecosystem revenue through marketplace listings, partner-led POCs, joint customer engagements, and flagship partner events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing, or partner-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Applied AI Engineer, DevRel Lead, Principal Architect, or Field CTO.
  • Experience leading partner-facing technical work at a high-growth AI or infrastructure company is strongly preferred.
  • Deep technical fluency in modern AI, including LLMs, RAG, agents, evals, observability, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AgentCore, CrewAI, ADK, or Azure Foundry.
  • Strong Python skills and hands-on experience building and deploying on at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Proven experience building 1:1 relationships with product and solutions leaders at strategic partners and turning them into integrations, joint marketing, and co-sell revenue.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting on stage, on podcasts, in customer architecture reviews, and in partner conversations.
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and DevRel in ambiguous environments.
  • Startup mentality with a bias to action, comfort building from zero, and ownership of measurable outcomes.
  • Prior experience as a Principal SA or DevRel lead at an AI/ML infrastructure or developer tools company is a plus.
  • Existing relationships with hyperscaler partner organizations or major AI ISVs is a plus.
  • Experience with marketplace co-sell motions and partner programs such as AWS APN, Google Cloud Partner Advantage, or Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Arize, Phoenix, or similar AI observability and evals tools is a plus.
  • Open source contributions in AI tooling, observability, or agent frameworks are a plus, with OpenTelemetry experience especially valuable.
  • Experience taking generative AI or agent-based systems from prototype to production is a plus.
