Description

  • Build and deepen relationships with AI/ML users to drive adoption and expanded usage across customer accounts.
  • Conduct customer discovery to understand goals, present the Arize vision, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, including Customer Success Engineering, to resolve complex customer needs and support implementation.
  • Run onboarding workshops and training sessions for customers on new functionality.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews to demonstrate account value and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor product usage across accounts to assess account health and engagement.
  • Partner with Account Management and Executive teams to identify upsell opportunities and align on customer health strategies.
  • Relay customer feature requests to internal teams and advocate for customer needs.
  • Ensure support teams are aligned with customer requests and priorities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS.
  • Ability to thrive in limited-process environments as a self-starter.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience demoing technical products and translating value into tailored customer solutions.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with a customer-first mindset and focus on measurable results.
  • Strong team orientation and commitment to collaboration and collective success.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or GenAI technologies is preferred.
  • Based in Singapore, as the role works directly with customers in the APJ region.
