Description

  • Partner with account executives to articulate Arize’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
  • Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders across prospective customer organizations.
  • Lead product demonstrations of the Arize platform.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand a prospect’s GenAI tech stack and business needs.
  • Drive proof-of-concept motions from requirements gathering through close.
  • Advise customers on GenAI and ML best practices.
  • Handle technical objections and work across sales, engineering, and product to resolve blockers.
  • Work hands-on to develop small proof-of-concepts when needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as sales engineer, solutions engineer, or forward deployed engineer.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of LLM and agentic frameworks such as OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, LangGraph, and DSPy.
  • Understanding of GenAI concepts and the application evaluation and development lifecycle.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work through technical complexity in production AI deployments.
  • Previous experience collaborating across Sales, Product, and Engineering is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth company is a plus.
  • Previous engineering experience in Data Engineering, MLOps, Kubernetes, or GCP/AWS/Azure is a plus.
