Description

  • Provide overall project management and program execution for the TSA Travel Services Support Program.
  • Develop work products, documents, decision papers, presentations, and memos, and provide consultative edits and recommendations as needed.
  • Direct and coordinate contractor personnel to ensure timely, professional submission of contract deliverables that meet client specifications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer Technical Representative, and Government Task Manager.
  • Develop and maintain key program documentation, including the Project Management Plan, Implementation Plan, Quality Control Plan, Subcontractor Management Plan, Staffing Matrix, and Outgoing Transition Plan.
  • Lead weekly progress meetings and ensure agendas and reports are distributed on time.
  • Coordinate work schedules to minimize disruption to TSA Travel Support operations.
  • Manage risk, maintain quality control, and support operational continuity in a secure environment.
  • Leverage the contractor team’s expertise and knowledge to support program needs.
  • Ensure compliance with government policies, travel regulations, and contract requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of project management experience, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of recent experience as a task lead directing personnel on TSA Travel Support Services or a similarly complex program.
  • Experience in government travel policy, operations, and systems, preferably ConCur.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with government stakeholders and the contract delivery team.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination, depending on agency requirements.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Preferred experience with Federal Travel Regulations, government travel card policy, voucher auditing, and charge card program oversight.
  • Preferred familiarity with e-learning platforms, SOP development, and writing program guidance.
  • PMP certification preferred.
