Description

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, surveys, user research, and qualitative and quantitative research activities.
  • Establish, manage, and execute the CB Survey Request process, including rollout and master survey calendar management.
  • Oversee daily survey request workflows, triage submissions, gather additional information, and route requests for approval.
  • Advise on CX matters related to survey approvals, design, and timelines.
  • Program, modify, review, and finalize CB surveys in Qualtrics.
  • Configure Qualtrics notifications for requesting teams and CB CX stakeholders.
  • Develop customer journey maps and experience assessments to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze survey, product, and service performance data to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Identify Qualtrics and other tooling capabilities for analyzing and visualizing survey insights.
  • Prepare findings, recommendations, presentations, and communications for leadership and integrate insights into broader CX analysis efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting customer experience, service design, or organizational improvement initiatives in government, consulting, or large enterprise environments.
  • Experience using CX research and performance data to influence product, service, or operational strategy.
  • Experience programming and managing surveys in Qualtrics.
  • Familiarity with CX measurement tools, journey mapping platforms, or data visualization tools.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination.
  • U.S. citizenship and authorization to work on federal government contracts.
  • Ability to handle Controlled Unclassified Information and follow applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, with travel expected to be less than 10%.
