Description

  • Lead or participate in ideation and collaborative design sessions, including critiques and peer support.
  • Plan research for new projects and collect and interpret data for design audits.
  • Create mockups, concepts, and prototypes for client testing and approval.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly to internal and external stakeholders in English.
  • Produce handoff documentation, from sketches and annotated mockups to detailed UI specifications and assets.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Drive UX/UI design across multi-platform experiences from concept through delivery.
  • Share knowledge with teammates through internal meetings, ceremonies, and design evangelization.
  • Stay current on design and technology trends across platforms and emerging hardware/software.
  • Work flexibly across multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Designer or in a similar UX/UI design role.
  • Ability to design for iOS and Android apps, web projects, and other digital platforms.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to present work and answer questions clearly in English.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to connect design decisions to business needs.
  • Comfort working with developers and collaborating across functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and switch focus quickly.
  • Interest in emerging interaction types such as voice commands, chatbots, VR, and AR.
  • Remote-friendly and based within Brazil.
  • Short-term contractor availability.
