Description

  • Define and own the Distribution & Transportation product vision and multi-year roadmap.
  • Translate business strategy into scalable SAP-enabled capabilities.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on value, risk, complexity, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Align the roadmap with enterprise architecture and broader technology strategy.
  • Partner with Logistics, Omnichannel, Retail, Sourcing, and Finance leaders to identify opportunities and pain points.
  • Lead discovery workshops and business process blueprinting sessions.
  • Drive alignment across business and technology teams on scope and outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for Distribution & Transportation product performance.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4 Distribution & Transportation initiatives, including change requests, enhancements, and transformation programs.
  • Ensure high-quality functional specifications, effective testing standards, and support models across integrated systems.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP ERP delivery, product management, or enterprise systems leadership.
  • 8+ years of experience in Distribution & Transportation processes, with retail, wholesale, or fashion experience preferred.
  • Strong functional expertise in SAP Logistics and EWM.
  • Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA, FMS, or AFS.
  • Experience integrating SAP with warehouse automation and 3PL systems.
  • Experience with SAP GTS or ShipERP is considered an asset.
  • Proven ability to define product roadmaps and lead cross-functional delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize complex initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • International travel flexibility.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of CAD$126,000 to CAD$173,000 per year.
