Description

  • Serve as the lead analytics strategist for at least one analytics engine.
  • Develop and implement innovative analytic methodologies using DBT engines.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver the analytics roadmap and support product innovation.
  • Lead cross-functional analytic initiatives across the enterprise.
  • Represent Arcadia’s analytic capabilities in customer meetings, industry conferences, and publications.
  • Oversee analytic quality standards and ensure rigor across customer engagements.
  • Guide, mentor, and develop Analysts to strengthen team capability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, scalability, and reusability in analytic delivery.
  • Own at least one Analytics Engine while contributing to others.
  • Build a roadmap with product to make analytics engines more market-leading.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, with deep expertise in population health, quality, or value-based care analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience in analytics leadership, strategy, and client advisory roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and DBT.
  • Experience in data visualization and communicating complex insights to executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to design, manage, and deliver enterprise-level analytic programs.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence decisions through data.
  • Experience with AWS data tools, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
  • Experience leading analytics strategy for healthcare technology or payer organizations (preferred).
  • Experience with different VBO programs such as MSSP, REACH, and MA (preferred).
  • Familiarity with data pipelines and influencing product development or roadmap through analytics insights (preferred).
